The Federal Trade Commission requires that we disclose the nature of our blog advertising and our relationship with the manufacturer or seller of any product that we endorse on this blog. Our policies for reviews and endorsements are as follows:

  • TRC does participate in various forms of advertising, including Google Adsense, and Amazon Affiliates. Earnings made via these sources help us to justify the considerable time and effort that we put into writing this blog, and your support is much appreciated! For more details on our advertising relationships, view our Privacy Policy.
  • The owner(s) of this blog are compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though the owner(s) of this blog receives compensation for our posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the bloggers’ own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
  • We only accept products for review if they relate to running, or if we believe they will be beneficial or of use to run commuters.
  • While we do accept free products for review, TRC and its writers accept no monetary payment for reviews or posts that we write. Please don’t offer to pay us for a review – We will not accept it and most likely will not review your product.
  • If TRC does receive a free-of-charge product for review, we will disclose this information within the blog post as necessary.
