It wasn't much, but I am FINALLY back running afte

It wasn't much, but I am FINALLY back running after sitting out the past 8 months with a sciatic injury. I've been using the @ziprunning Commute Pack as an everyday carry for a couple months and today I finally got to test it out running. Really fantastic pack and brilliant design overall. Tossed in my @eaglecreek Pack-It Folder 15 with full work outfit, lunch, and even a full PC (mini)! Now to test it for another 30 miles or so, and I'll post the full review on the blog. #runcommute #activetransportation

Hanging out on the #PCM rooftop during a drizzly day with the fam and Everett and his friends for his birthday. I did a timed run commute vs. cyclist vs. car right through here a few years ago before it was re-developed. It was part of a #beltline/#atlantabeltline promo/news video. I did the two miles in around 12 minutes, but the cyclist beat me. The car was far behind however. The @atlantabeltline has reduced commute times for so many. Fantastic project overall.

Happy 13th birthday, Everett! Going with experiences mostly as gifts from now on, Ev got to see @alecbenjamin in concert a couple of weeks ago with a friend, and got a vinyl copy of his latest album tonight, as well as the first book in the series of #fullmetalalchemist. One happy and awesome kid!
