I run barefoot to work occasionally. Not real often. I do run barefoot during lunch runs and other times. I run in Vibram Bikilas and New Balance Minimus also.

Agreed - it is the best way to get a run in. How far is your commute? I had never heard about the RunAmoc's until now. They are quite the shoe! For those interested, here's their site. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks, Soog! I’ll add the Specter as a lighter-weight alternative to the Pack-It Folder.

At 60% of the weight of the Pack-It Folder 15, I prefer the Pack-It Folder Specter 15.

Bit late, but I run commute two days a week in minimalist shoes (either Inov8 baregrip for the trail run both ways or Soft Star Runamoc Dash lite for the pavement runs). Best way to get my runs in, frankly.
